We’re thrilled to announce the public launch of the ONINO Tokenization Platform Demo, available to everyone - on the ONINO testnet. This is a unique opportunity to explore our platform, typically exclusive to our B2B clients, and join an exciting competition where you can bring your tokenization ideas to life!

The ONINO Tokenization Platform allows companies to tokenize assets—such as equity, loans, utility tokens, or even real-world assets (RWAs)—in a fully compliant, secure environment. It’s ideal for those looking to raise funds, increase operational efficiency, reduce management costs and connect with global investors. As we prepare for our mainnet launch, we’re opening this demo version to our community and the public to try out on our ONINO testnet.

To celebrate this demo launch, we’re hosting a competition batch throughout November and December where you can create your own tokenization project and potentially win an ONINO Tokenization Platform grant on the upcoming mainnet!

Here’s How You Can Participate:

1. Create a Realistic Project on the ONINO Testnet
‍Design a tokenization project that you could envision implementing in real life—or something that others might find viable! While your idea can also be fun and imaginative, it should be grounded enough that it could theoretically come to life once we provide mainnet access. Think about meaningful projects like RWA tokenization, unique initiatives, or community-driven concepts.

2. Post Your Project on Twitter
‍To submit, post a screenshot of your project and its name on Twitter, tagging @onino.io, $ONI, and using the hashtag #oninotokenizationdemo.You can use this template for example:

3. Get Funding with Testnet Currency
‍Once approved, others will be able to show support for your project using symbolic testnet currency. Each testnet mUSDC collected on your project counts as a vote.You can obtain this currency from our ONINO Faucet (faucet.onino.io) to get started. You can get up to 100 mUSDC daily to “invest” in other projects that you’d like to support! Everyone holding $ONI in their wallets will be eligible to get mUSDC through the faucet.

4. Aim for the Top
‍From the 10 projects with the highest symbolic funding amounts, the ONINO team will select up to 5 standout projects to receive mainnet grants worth up to +50.000€ each. Winning projects will gain free access to the ONINO Tokenization Platform on the mainnet upon its launch, enabling you to realize your project for real! So go out there and spread the news about your project!

Competition Details

• Eligibility: Open to anyone over 18 years old.
• Competition Period: November 1 - December 31, 2024.
• Testnet Currency: Symbolic only, to allow users to experiment and support projects.

Please note that entries will be reviewed for serious content. Projects should focus on concepts that could potentially work in a real-world setting—like real-world asset tokenization or project-based funding—while also leaving room for creativity and fun! Only the most thoughtfully designed and implementable projects will qualify for approval and potential mainnet grants.

By participating, entrants agree to be at least 18 years old and to adhere to all applicable terms and conditions, including any legal and regulatory guidelines that govern the tokenization of assets. ONINO reserves the right to approve or reject entries at its discretion, based on criteria such as relevance, compliance, and quality of content.
