Lukas Wipf is Co-Founder and CPO of ONINO, where he has shaped the company’s white-label financing infrastructure since 2021. He brings five years of experience in capital markets, financial products and compliance, combining an economist’s grasp of capital with an engineer’s discipline for turning regulatory requirements into clear, compliant product workflows. Before ONINO, he worked in systems engineering and project management at globally recognised engineering companies, automating standardised processes, and he founded his first start-up while still at university. Today he leads product at ONINO and works closely with clients from the first conversation through to launch, guiding them through onboarding, financing structures and the legal documentation behind their offerings. Alongside this, he drives ONINO’s growth strategy and SEO together with Kristina Stark. That rare overlap of product, finance and client work shapes how he writes about digital securities, company financing and private markets: with a clear view of what it actually takes to bring an offering to market. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).
