CROWDFUNDING
The White-Label Crowdfunding Platform for Regulated Operators
ONINO offers ready-made software that an operator runs under its own brand instead of building the technology from scratch. We provide that software for regulated European crowdfunding: launch a new platform under the EU crowdfunding regime, migrate a legacy platform, or extend an existing one with digital securities.
Workflows for ECSPR, MiFID II and other instruments are native, and the licensed partners your offering needs are already integrated.
THREE ENTRY DOORS
Launch a new platform under ECSPR
You have deal flow, a niche, or an investor community, and you are deciding whether to build or buy the technology. ONINO gives you the platform in weeks so the regulator, not the software, sets your timeline.
Migrate from your own or other technology
Old technology, old financial regimes can pressure you as operator to invent new ways. With ONINO you run your existing instruments and your ECSPR future on one platform.
Add tokenization to your existing platform
Already operating? Add digital securities, new instrument rails and post-issuance workflows without replatforming your front end. Tokenization stays optional per offering.

REGULATED INSTRUMENT RAILS
One platform to issue multiple instrument types
Most platform software supports one instrument type. ONINO runs multiple rails on one platform, non-tokenized investment products such as subordinated loans and participation rights, classic securities with bank custody, central-register digital securities, crypto securities issued into a crypto-securities register, security tokens and MiCA-scope crypto-assets where the setup calls for them.
The same offering can even run parallel tranches, classic alongside tokenized.
HOW IT WORKS
From configuration to first raise

Step 1: Configure Your Branding
Step 2: Structure the Offer
Step 3: Launch the Platform
Step 4: Scale your Distribution

SECURITY & COMPLIANCE
Compliant by design
Asset tokenization in the EU is governed by existing frameworks: the German eWpG, MiFID II, MiCAR for crypto-assets, the EU Prospectus Regulation and ECSPR.
ONINO's platform is built around these obligations, from investor onboarding and investment flows to reporting, and licensed functions run through pre-integrated partners. Our experts guide you through the regulatory landscape to structure an offering that is compliant and works for investors.
PRE-INTEGRATED LICENSED PARTNER STACK
Launch-ready, not just integratable
Every regulated function a crowdfunding platform needs is performed by a party licensed for it, and with ONINO those parties are already integrated: a payment institution for investor money, KYC and AML providers for onboarding, an authorised registrar where crypto securities are issued, custody partners for tokenized and classic instruments, and a liability umbrella where distribution requires one.
The permission always sits with the licensed partner or with you as the operator, never with the software. That is the difference between software you still have to wire into a licensed chain yourself and a platform that is operational from day one.

BUILD VS BUY
Build vs buy: the honest math
Industry surveys put a custom platform build at €89,000 on average, with a third of operators spending over €200,000 and 6 to 15 months before launch.
A white-label platform launches in weeks at a predictable fee. The honest comparison is total cost of ownership across three blocks: software, authorisation and year-one operations. We walk through all three in a demo, with the pricing model and its drivers on the table.
